I had an interesting enquiry on Etsy the other day! Michelle wrote and asked me - before she ordered - if I'd write a little quote for her. Problem was, the calligraphy would be a bit sweary. Would that be ok?
Now, I'm no prude. I am fascinated by words, I adore all the intricacies of our language and I really, really enjoy swearing if it's done creatively. So my answer was an instant and curious yes!
Here's the calligraphy quote: I hope you enjoy it!

It's good life advice: don't let a dickhead get you in trouble. This quote could feasibly apply in all kinds of situations. In this instance, I understand the recipient is in a customer-facing job. The advice would be relevant in a relationship context, or could even possibly apply to wearing the wrong hat.

I've added these custom calligraphy cards to my Etsy shop recently. Prices start from £9 and you can have anything from 2 words to 25 written on the front. Swearwords welcome!
