All of your stationery will be professionally printed on a lightly textured, high quality white Italian card. Save the Dates, invitations and RSVP cards include matching envelopes.

SIMPLE ORDERING & FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Simply select the number of invitations you need - including spares (we recommend at least 5% more than you plan to send at first!) - and send us your details for personalisation using the 'notes to seller' box at the checkout.

INVITATION PROOFS WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS
It's usually sooner - but you won't have to wait very long to see your personalised digital proofs. I'll send those for your approval, and as soon as you're happy with all the spellings, layout and grammar just let me know, so I can begin the printing process.
DESPATCH THE FOLLOWING WEEK
Printing usually takes a week or less. I'll notify you when your (beautifully and carefully packaged!) order is on its way.

HOW TO ORDER
Let's make this simple and stress free!
Contact us with the number of invitations you need, and any extra inserts you'd like.
We'll send you a link to purchase your order.
We'll ask for your details - names, wedding date and venue etc. for your invitations.
We'll send your digital proof within 5 days of receiving your order (often much sooner)
When you're 100% happy with your invitations they'll be printed. This usually takes a week or so.
Your invitations will be packed carefully and sent to you once they're printed.

Payments
On receipt of your payment we'll process your order as quickly as possible - if you need your goodies in a hurry please let us know and we'll do our best to rush them to you!
Shipping from United Kingdom
All UK orders will be sent by First Class post. Special Delivery is available in the UK - contact me if you'd like your order to be sent this way for a small additional fee.
Overseas orders (ie non-UK delivery) will be sent by AirMail, or alternatively by an international tracked & signed service where available for a small additional fee. Please contact me if you'd like your order to be tracked. A signature may be required on delivery.
Please allow enough time for your order to be produced and delivered from the UK.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs. Depending on the country, packages may stay in customs for several weeks or more. Please look into the customs and import policies of your country before placing your order.
Some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. As the buyer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and other charges your home country may make. Please look into the policies of your home country before placing your order.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
